Per CDC guidance (8/11/22):
1) SweetLife personnel will not wear face coverings at ANY time, but will make reasonable attempts to respect distance desired by any individual.
2) SweetLife personnel will not submit to ANY form of
medical testing or disclose ANY personal medical information (health history, vaccination status, etc.),
verbally or in writing.

**Full payment is contractually required if SweetLife personnel are turned away at the venue door.

Musical performances are speech, as codified by federal & state law.
Matt & Carol Frigm (SweetLife Music) reserve their inalienable right
(endowed by God & set out in the US & PA Constitutions)
to decline to perform at events whose messaging
would be inconsistent with their sincerely held beliefs.
